This page explains what happens to the information you send through tamburrifabrication.com. It is written in plain words on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call or text 412-477-7116.

Who we are

Tamburri Fabrication is a mobile welding and metal fabrication shop in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. This website is built and run for us by Ferragrid, a Pittsburgh technology company, which acts only on our instructions.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the type of job, and your message.
• Photos you attach: up to five. Your browser re-saves each photo before it is uploaded, which removes location data stored in the original file.
• Basic technical information: like every website, our hosting provider sees your internet address and browser type when the page loads. A bot check on the form looks at browser signals to tell people from automated spam.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies of our own on this site. The bot check, provided by Cloudflare, may store a small file in your browser that it needs to do its job. The site's fonts load from Google, which receives your internet address when it delivers them.

What we do with it

• We use what you send to answer you, price your job, and do the work.
• Your message and photos are emailed to Tamburri Fabrication. Ferragrid receives a copy so it can keep the website and follow-up working.
• If you gave an email address, you get one automatic email confirming we received your request.
• We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Who else sees it

• Ferragrid, our website provider, as described above.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the bot check, and delivers the form email.
• Email providers that carry the message to our inbox and yours.
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

How long we keep it

• The website keeps a record of each request (name, phone, email, job type, message, and how many photos were attached) for 90 days, then deletes it automatically. The photos themselves are not stored by the website; they are attached to the email only.
• The email in our inbox, and the records of any job we do for you, are kept as long as we need them to do the work, honor a warranty, and meet tax and legal requirements.

Phone calls and text messages

If you call or text 412-477-7116, that is an ordinary call or text to the shop. We do not send marketing texts. If that ever changes, it will only be to people who have agreed to it in writing.

Your choices

• You can call or text instead of using the form.
• You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing tamburri00@gmail.com or calling 412-477-7116. We will do it unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Children

This site is for adults hiring a contractor. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
